Mellon Arena TV

There is a huge TV screen right outside Mellon Arena for those who do not have tickets to share the excitement of playoff hockey. I think this is a great idea for a tailgate-like experience to help feel the energy created by the great fans of Pittsburgh. The only downside is getting cold and wet, but that just adds to the true fanhood and more refreshments. Let's Go Pens!

I agree! I think it is so cool that they have the TV right outside the arena. It's a great way for fans to interact with each other and have fun watching the greatest team in sports battle for the Stanley Cup. I also saw your picture on your blog and you were at the winter classic! I went to. It was such a great game!

Yeah this is a great idea. I saw this last year when Buffalo did it and it was pretty popluar there to. It gives the fans a chance to enjoy the game with a crowd. I thinks its a really good idea for the road games to.

I think you are right about the screen being a good idea. I think maybe Mario had something to do with it. He has been great for the PENS on and off the ice. I cant wait till we win the cup this year. I am also excited about the new arena. It took awhile but the PENS finally got a new place to play. GO PENS!
